PLEASE NOTE: SWIMMING LESSONS are WEEKDAY mornings 10 & 10:30am and 1 &1:30pm
  and SUNDAY nights starting at 5:30pm

The PotashCorp Civic Centre offers a wide variety of programs and classes to our members from AQUATICS, to FITNESS, and even SOCIAL! Join us for an Aqua Zumba class, come to a Public Swim, or come scrapbook with us at the PotashCorp Civic Centre - all included in your membership!

Aquatics

 

AquaFit – An aerobics type class in the water. Excellent for those with sore joints or those looking for no impact. All fitness levels welcomed

Aqua Dance – Get your groove on with this upbeat water class! Dance the class away while burning calories and toning muscles. All fitness levels welcomed

Water Arthritis – This class is in the therapy pool. It is a safe and gentle fitness class designed specifically for those with arthritis. Improve your cardio, range of motion and your muscles at your own pace.

Lane Swim - Lanes will be reserved for lap swimming to accommodate members and clubs. Aside from the specified Lane Swim times, there will almost always be one or two lanes open during the day for lane swimming except during swimming lessons. All fitness levels welcomed

Tarzan Rope - Me Tarzan. You Jane. Grab the rope and swim through the air like Tarzan and Jane! No age limit - but you must be able to swim 25m with a flotation device.

 

Parent & Tot Swim Lessons - An instructor-led session for parents and their little ones to learn the basics of being in the water and moving through it. A fun, interactive time for both the parent and tot! Please register at the front desk for the right class for you and your child!
