Class Descriptions

After School Junior Lifeguard  - Designed for children to practice to self rescue and rescue assistance skills. No age requirement but should be comfortable in water over their head.

After School Mini Fit - Circuit style workout for children 8 years and over.

After School Yoga - Designed for adults and children. A guardian can be elsewhere in the building as long as the child is comfortable with the behavior expectation. 

Aqua Arthritis - This class is in the therapy pool. It is safe and gentle fitness class designed specifically for those with arthritis. Improve cardio, range of motion and your muscles at your own pace. 

Aqua Dance - Get your groove on with this upbeat water class! Dance the class away while burning calories and toning muscles. All fitness levels welcomed

Aqua Fit - An aerobic type class in the water. Excellent for those with sore joints or those looking for no impact. All fitness levels welcome. 

Aqua Run - Similar to Aqua Fit but done in the deep end with the assistance of a water belt.

Cardio Core - This class will get your heart pumping through a variety of exercises including step, aerobics & body weight exercises. Core strength will be an added feature to the class.  

Chair Yoga - A gentle class intended to improve flexibility and balance. The use of a chair provides added support.

Fit Over 50 - Specifically for those over 50. This is a safe and gentle fitness class. Improve your cardio, range of motion and your muscles at your own pace. Listen to high energy classics and have fun! All fitness levels welcomed.

Instructor's Choice  - This class ranges from very sloe and restful Yin Yoga to the full body rejuvenation of Resorative Yoga. All classes are beginner friendly while providing challenge for more advance students.

Kids Yoga - Debbie patterns this class to the members involved.

Mobility with Emma- Learn more about your joints' current capabilities and strategies to improve their function. 

Parents & Children Yoga - Jennifer Coburn patterns this class to the members involved.

Power Walk Circuit - A gentle class focused on posture during walking. mild upper and lower body strength exercises are incorporated.

RAW - This “Real Athletic Workout” is designed for the athlete in all of us. The “obstacle style” group fitness program takes place on our running track and uses the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) formula to guarantee a thrilling functional workout. All fitness levels welcomed.

RPM - A workout that is sure to have you sweating, smiling and feeling alive! Energize yourself with fast-tempo music and endorphin-building exercise! Learn the basics from bike setup, indoor cycling essentials and proper techniques while on the stationary bike. All fitness levels welcomed.

Senior Squat & Circuit -

Senior Synchro - An introductory class to the basic postures of Synchronize Swimming.


Step  - This cardio workout ensures a good calorie burn while stepping to the beat. It has the added benefit of  a strength component to round the class out.  All fitness levels welcomed

Strength & Core -

Tabata - Interval style training with four minutes long sessions, alternating between 20 sec. work and 10 sec. rest for a total of 6 – 8 rounds. Any exercise can be incorporated into Tabata training with cardio and resistance training being important components. The key is working to your maximum capacity during those 20 seconds to achieve maximum results. All fitness levels welcome!

TRX & TRX Cardio - Improve your heart rate and tone up fast in a super-charged workout without the use of machines or weights. Body weight exercises paired with jump rope exercises are a great combo for ultimate toning and cardio! All fitness levels welcomed.

TRX for Seniors -

Yoga & Beginner Yoga - A great class to try yoga for the first time or to maintain the flexibility you have already achieved.

Zumba - features a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
